Adapted from the title image of the 2009 film Everlasting Moments
I have worked in archaeology for the last ten years, seven of which as a designer, illustrator and photographer in Oxford and my portfolio page contains a small selection of photographs and graphics from this time. I have been a doctoral researcher in Bradford since 2009.

After a one-off windfall in Spring 2007 I made the irresponsible decision to spend it all on my own digital SLR, so I walked into town on my own and came back with a box containing the spellbindingly beautiful, newly released Nikon D80, which I still use. As far as I am concerned, this was the best thing I ever did. I opened my flickr account in 2008 and have put together an admired portfolio of colourful and textured images. Photography and digital image creation remains my greatest joy.

My images have appeared in numerous blogs across the internet and have recently been featured on the cover of the wonderful soundtrack CD release of the 2009 Channel 4 documentary series Henry VIII Mind of a Tyrant.

I write two blogs, one about my photography on this site and Lady Crafthole's Blog, a more personal and general one. I also tweet as Lady Crafthole, do feel free to say hello, I would love to hear from you!
